Apollident ships to mainland France, the European Union, as well as certain international destinations (United Kingdom, Switzerland, North America, others depending on availability).

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, except during peak periods (sales, end-of-year holidays) when this timeframe may be slightly extended.

Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, before final confirmation of the order. They vary depending on the destination and the delivery method chosen.

An email containing a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships, allowing you to follow its journey until it reaches your home.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be applied upon receipt of the parcel. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price shown on the site.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days at contact@apollident.com with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
